Utility kife with bone and rosewood handle

Nice utility knife with bone and rosewood handle.

The sharpened high carbon steel blade is not fully polished. The flats still show forging marks that

lend the knife a rustic appearance.

structure . This makes it possible to make it razor-sharp and it is very durable .

This is why many cooks use it , although it is not food safe . When you use a carbon blade it receives a

protecting patina and a drop food save oil helps too .
