Nice utility knife with bone and rosewood handle.
The sharpened high carbon steel blade is not fully polished. The flats still show forging marks that
lend the knife a rustic appearance.
This knife is made of high carbon steel . Carbon steel , consisting of iron and carbon , has a very fine
structure . This makes it possible to make it razor-sharp and it is very durable .
This is why many cooks use it , although it is not food safe . When you use a carbon blade it receives a
protecting patina and a drop food save oil
helps too .
Delivery includes a brown genuine leather sheath with attachment loop.
